Terms & Conditions

The Terms and Conditions define how a user interacts with our services and defined the company’s stand on the said usage of service. This document governs the relationship a customer have with our services. Upon acceptance, a user will by default be agreeing to all the clauses mentioned below.

Payment Policy

To finalize the trip, complete payment should be received before date of journey. Intital booking amount should be paid in advance according to the following laws.

Weekend Getaways- 1Night/2days , 2 Nights /3 days

  • 30% INR per person is the booking amount
  • The Complete amount to be paid by Wednesday evening.

Long Tours

  • 50% INR per person is the booking amount
  • 75% of the Tours cost to be paid 20 days before the trip departure date.
  • 100% of the Tours cost to be paid 10 days before the trip departure date

Independent Tours

  • 50% of the trip amount to be paid as booking amount
  • Remaining 25% to be paid 30 days before the departure date
  • Full amount to be paid 25 days before the departure date.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations will be taken over call or whatsapp msg. Please reply to the email of payment receipt that you have received at the time of booking.

Booking amount is non-refundable.

Weekend Getaways - 1 Night / 2 Days or 2 Night / 3 Days

  • Free Cancellation upto 45 days before the departure date
  • 44 Days to 30 days of Departure date. 10% of total Trip cost along with the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
  • 29 Days to 20 Days of Departure date. 25% of the total trip cost along with the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • 19 Days to 10 Days of Departure date. 50% of the total trip cost along with the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • 10 Days to 6 Days of Departure date. 75% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
  • 6 Days to Trip Departure date. 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • No Show . No refund.

Trips and Safari Tour - 3 Night / 4 Days and above

  • Free Cancellation upto 60 days before the departure date
  • 59 Days to 45 days of Departure date. 10% of total Trip cost.
  • 44 Days to 30 Days of Departure date. 25% of the total trip cost
  • 29 Days to 15 Days of Departure date. 50% of the total trip cost.
  • 15 Days to 8 Days of Departure date. 75% of the total trip cost.
  • 7 Days to Trip Departure date. 100% of the total trip cost.
  • No Show . No refund.

Independent Tours - Domestic

  • Free Cancellation upto 60 days before the departure date. Land Package only, flights as per the operator's cancellation policy
  • 59 Days to 45 days of Departure date. 10% of total Trip cost.
  • 44 Days to 30 Days of Departure date. 25% of the total trip cost
  • 29 Days to 15 Days of Departure date. 50% of the total trip cost.
  • 15 Days to 8 Days of Departure date. 75% of the total trip cost.
  • 7 Days to Trip Departure date. 100% of the total trip cost.
  • No Show - No refund.
